" I have always had a passion for sports and have tried many forms of movement but focused mainly on Rugby, MMA, BJJ, Weightlifting and Football.

5 years ago I started my real journey with yoga in a studio called HEAT FITNESS in Scotland while doing my Sports Psychology bachelors and Masters degree.

I have been doing yoga religiously ever since as I noticed it helped me recover from my hectic schedule, have more mind-muscle connection and quiet down my busy mind.

Hot yoga in specific made me more aware and in touch with my whole being, I never felt peace like the one I felt after sweating in the yoga classes!

I found it very challenging in many ways but the more I went the more I enjoyed it and I started to feel like my life outside the yoga studio became easier as I was becoming stronger not only physically but also mentally.

I believe it is something worth trying at least once in your life but the benefit will come from actively choosing to do something challenging but amazing.

Do it for yourself and for your future.”
